Week 29 - Wow!! This Week Was Really Really Great!

So much happened....

First I mentioned last week that we were preparing for 2 baptisms.... Well one of them ended up falling through, and we were really really sad about it. BUT we still had one so that was really really happy!! I am grateful for baptisms and the opportunity I have here to help people receive the blessings that Heavenly Father has for them.

Another thing.... We have been a little bit worried this week about meeting our goals with new investigators and people with baptism dates. So we have been fasting and praying a lot. On Friday we had 2 with dates and 2 new investigators and our goals were 3 and 7..... so on Saturday we found 7 NEW INVESTIGATORS and ended this week with 5 WITH DATES!!! Yayyyyy fasting and prayer really really works!!

We also talked in church, and it wasn’t bad except I started coughing at the end of my talk because I am a little sick and I couldn’t stop.... I thought I was dying and I couldn’t even leave to get water because my companion was talking. But its fine! Someone brought me a water bottle with water in it, and it ended up being my companion's water bottle that she lost 5 weeks ago. Hopefully I don't get sicker. Hahah, so far I haven't died

Other than that everything is pretty normal... Well Peru normal!! But its good.

I am grateful for the things I am learning and the experiences I am having here in Peru even when we are stressed or when we have harder days!! Heavenly Father loves us so so much and every single day here I am reminded of that!!
