Week #5 - In Peru

So this week has been a rollercoaster. 

A lot of you heard from my mom.... I am in Peru which was a definate shock last Wednesday night that to be honest I did not take super well. Thank you all for the nice notes. They were very much appreciated. 

So yeah.... last Wednesday I found out that I would be leaving a week early. So pretty freaked out. 

The next day on Thursday we found out that we were just going to the MTC which made it a little better but I still did not really want to go. I dont love change and with it being so sudden like that it was hard to take in. But we packed super quick and got on a plane. 

Yesterday we had a 6 hour flight to Peru and then got here and got settled and everything. I got to talk to my family in the airport which was really nice and really sad but really helpful as well. It was awesome to hear their voices. I have been in Mexico for a month just wanting to talk to my mom and I finally could so it was good even if it was just for 15 minutes. 

So today we went to Interpol and got all of the Visa and immigration stuff taken care of. It was long and it is cold in Peru so thats not awesome but im glad it is done. We also got Mcdonalds for lunch so a taste of America yay. 

I love you all a lot and I am sorry this is a short letter. I just dont have a lot of time.

Even though I am having a hard time I still know the church is true and as much as I wish I was in Utah I am glad I am doing what the lords wants me to be doing.
