Week 64

So this will be a pretty short email but there will be some pictures so congratulations!! I know that most people probably just skip the email part anyways to see the pictures!!

This week was good..... We are still getting ready for a wedding so that's fun!! Next week!!!!!!!! It is getting so close!

Peru is still Peru! It is getting warm and I should learn how to wear sunscreen!!

Today we went to the center of Lima to go to a museum, but turns out the museum was closed, but we saw some cool buildings so it was all good!!

We were teaching one of our friends the other day, and he kept telling us that he didnt really understand why it was necesary that he needed a testimony of the Book of Mormon to get baptized. We explained that really it's not the Book of Mormon itself, but the gospel of Jesus Christ, but I thought about it a lot and really if we have a testimony of the gospel or Joseph Smith it's also very easy to gain a testimony of the Book of Mormon. I love the Book of Mormon. I remember the first time I finsihed it while I was here on my mission I felt the love that the lord feels for us, and I just thought about how much I wished everyone could read the book and know that it is true. The same friend told us that he was afraid that the answer would be no, that the church is not true if he asked. I laughed.... in my head of course, and explained that I knew with all of my heart that if he truly asked with a desire to know and act he would not get an answer that this is isnt the true church because it is..... I KNOW THIS CHURCH IS TRUE! I KNOW IT IS THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST, THE SAME CHURCH HE ESTABLISHED A LONG TIME AGO WHEN HE WAS HERE AND I AM SO SO SO GRATEFUL FOR IT!!!
